D’Aydrian Harding Holiday Official Giveaway Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, the artist, tour promoters, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
Entry Period: The Giveaway begins on November 1, 2026 at 10:00PM CT and ends on November 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. Online purchase transactions must be received by the end of the Entry Period to be eligible to receive entries.
How to Enter: There are two methods of entry: (1) eligible online purchase at https://daydrianharding.com/ and (2) the free mail-in alternative method of entry described below. For online purchases, eligible entrants will receive one (1) entry for every $5.00 USD spent on eligible purchases made online at https://daydrianharding.com/ during the Entry Period, excluding discounts, sales tax, and shipping charges, rounded up to the next U.S. five-dollar increment. Purchasers of gift cards will receive one (1) entry for every $5.00 USD spent based on the face value of the gift card purchased; purchases made using a gift card are not eligible to receive entries, except that any balance paid above the gift card value will be eligible for entries. If a purchase is returned before the drawing, the entries associated with that purchase will be void. There is no limit on the number of entries received with a purchase. Entrants may use both the purchase method and the mail-in method. Each eligible entry, regardless of method of entry, will have the same chance of being selected.
Free Alternative Method of Entry: To receive five (5) entries without making a purchase, hand print your complete first and last name, street address, city, state/province/territory, zip/postal code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), email address, and daytime telephone number, including area code, on a piece of paper and mail it with sufficient postage to: D’Aydrian Harding Holiday Giveaway, 3607 Hayden Ave, Culver City, CA 90232. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 20, 2026 and received by November 30, 2026 to be eligible for the drawing. Each eligible mail-in submission will count as five (5) entries, and each such entry will have the same odds of winning as an entry received through an eligible purchase. Limit one mail-in entry per envelope. There is no limit to the number of mail-in entries an entrant may submit. Mail-in entries will be collected, logged, and processed by Sponsor and included in the same winner-selection pool as purchase entries.
Winner Selection: Five (5) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, excluding fraudulent or otherwise disqualified entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Alternate winners may be selected if a potential winner is ineligible, does not respond, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules.
Winner Notification: Potential winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 1, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, and will be notified via the email address provided at entry. Each potential winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification and provide a valid mailing address within the United States to claim and receive the prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Prize: Each winner will receive one (1) PlayStation 5 console. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $600 USD per prize. Total prize pool ARV: up to $3,000 USD. Prize is non-transferable, no cash equivalent will be provided, and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for any incidentals not expressly stated as included with the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value where lawful.
Taxes: Each winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize. Winners may be required to provide information reasonably necessary for Sponsor to comply with applicable tax reporting obligations.
Shipping and Fulfillment: Prizes will be fulfilled by Sponsor within approximately two (2) to four (4) weeks after winner confirmation. Prizes will not be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Shipping is subject to the geographic eligibility restrictions set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring in transit or after delivery beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, or for shipment failure resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the winner.
General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail-in entries; technical difficulties; undelivered or blocked emails; or lost or stolen items.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnification: By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Ceremony of Roses Acquisition, LLC and its Artists/Clients, affiliates, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway, receipt of the prize, or use/misuse of the prize. Entrants also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor from any third-party claims related to their entry or violation of these Official Rules.
Privacy: Personal information collected from entrants, including name, mailing address, date of birth, email address, telephone number, and purchase or entry information, as applicable, will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, fulfill prizes, comply with applicable legal and tax-reporting obligations, and otherwise in accordance with this webstore's Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to receive promotional emails from the Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time.
Governing Law: Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in New York County, New York, except where an entrant’s applicable law requires otherwise.
